How do I reopen a Party?

1. Why is the "Submit Order" button not appearing in the events tab?

If you go to the Place An Order tab in your back office, you will see your unsubmitted orders under Order(s). If you wish to reopen the event or cancel the pending party order, you will need to cancel the order by selecting Cancel and then OK. Doing so will bring the Submit Order button back to the event page and reopen the event.

If you wish to continue the party order, select Continue on the order with the desired event ID in the column Party ID to finish placing the hostess rewards order.

Please note, party orders will be pending for 14 days before the order is deleted but the event will not reopen on its own. If you are not ready to place the order, please reopen the event now by following these instructions.

2. Can an event be reopened if I have placed the party order?

Once the party order has been placed to redeem the host rewards, the event is not able to be reopened.

3. Why is the event not showing on my site?

For an event to appear on your site, the opening and closing dates must be within 30 days of each other. You are welcome to keep updating this if you would like the event open for a longer period of time.

If your event's dates are within 30 days apart of each other, it may be due to the check box is checked to close the event.
