1. Will ZYIA pay for shipping on exchanges and returns?

Once we receive your exchange and process it, we will ship the new item to you at no charge. However, we do not cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges and returns mailed to our warehouse.

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order has generated a shipping label, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will then want to click on your tracking number. If by chance the link does not work, we would suggest copying and pasting the tracking number to the shipping carrier's website.

3. When will my order ship?

Shipping times can vary based on the carrier. Orders are shipped out 3-4 business days after they are placed, then take between 5-7 days in transit before they arrive.

In Canada

1. Will ZYIA pay for shipping on exchanges and returns?

If an item is being exchanged for the same item in another size and you reach out within 14 days of receiving your order, your exchange will qualify for a prepaid label. If your exchange qualifies for a prepaid label, please email csca@zyiaactive.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind that this is for size exchanges that are Canada orders only. Items that are being exchanged for another color or item will not qualify for a prepaid label. 1 label per order, no combining allowed; additional returns attached won't be covered if the package is lost in transit etc.
