1. How much is shipping and how is it determined?
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the order. 1 lb. or less: $3.85 1-3 lbs.: $7.85 3-5 lbs.: $10.35 5 lbs.+: $15.35 (Effective 10/18/202).
2. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
3. Will ZYIA pay for shipping on exchanges and returns?
Once we receive your exchange and process it, we will ship the new item to you at no charge. However, we do not cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges and returns mailed to our warehouse.
