Gift Certificates

1. How do I purchase a Gift Certificate through my Back Office?

To order a gift certificate through your Back Office, click on “Place an Order” on the left. Then in the top left under “Place An Order” you’ll select “Customer Non-party Order.” Then simply follow the prompts to input your customer’s information. Choose the amount you would like the gift card to be, by inputting “GC” SKU number. For example, to purchase a $10 gift card you would input GC10 and for $50, input GC50.

2. How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

Our gift certificates are all electronic. They can be found in your Back Office by clicking on “Place an Order” on the left. Then under “Management” you’ll click on “Gift Certificates.” To redeem a gift certificate, you will need the gift certificate number. Remember that it must be redeemed through the same Rep's website, where it was purchased.

3. Why have I not received my Gift Certificate code yet?

Gift cards codes are available once an order number generates. They will be emailed to the email listed on the order. Order numbers may be delayed while generating through the queue during high volume times and may take up to a few hours during this time.
