Gift Certificates

1. In the item search bar, enter “GC” and the amount you would like to purchase the gift certificate for. For example, search “GC10” for a $10 gift card.
2. Click on the item and add it to your cart.
3. From there, you can either continue to shop and add items to your cart or you may click on your cart to complete the check out process.

1. Once you are on the payment page of the check out process, click on the drop-down menu and select “Gift Certificate”.
2. Click “+ADD”.
3. Enter your gift card code.
4. Enter the amount you would like to use from the gift card.
5. Click “Save Payment”.
6. After applying your gift card you can add your credit/debit card for the remaining balance or repeat the the steps to add another gift card.
7. Click “Submit Order”.

Gift card codes are available once an order number generates. They will be emailed to the email listed on the order.

Order numbers may be delayed while generating through the queue during high volume times and may take up to a few hours during this time. If you need any assistance, please feel free to reach out to Customer Support.

Please note that the gift card included with the starter kit can take up to 24 hours to appear in your back office.
