We regret to hear that you want to cancel your account. We are thankful for all of your efforts as a ZYIA representative, and we would love to help however we can.
In order to accommodate your request, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure to redeem your gift cards.
- Personal gift cards: please redeem before canceling.
- Customer gift cards: Please contact your customers to either use their gift cards or let them know the new representative to order from. We can move your gift card to your upline or another active representative.
- Coupons can be used later (coupons are not attached to any representative)
Step 2: Commissions
- Cancelling your account before the month's end will forfeit any commissions from the current month
- If you are expecting to receive any commissions or bonuses, please cancel your account after receiving it.
Step 3: If you are ready, fill out the cancellation form.
Step 4: Once it is completed, a ticket will be created and assigned to an agent.
- The agent will then contact you to assist with verifying and getting your account canceled.
- Keep in mind that until you submit this form, your account will remain active. Written documentation is necessary to cancel your rep status.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days following, please reach back out.
