Where can I locate Representative FAQs?

Rep FAQs can be located in your back office by going to the "Get Help" tab then by clicking on "Representative FAQs".


1. How do I reset my back office password?

A password reset link is available on the dashboard login page. Click the link shown below the password field to begin the rest process.

Please try a password reset with any email address that might have used, and be sure to check the spam or junk folder for the confirmation message.


2. Someone in my downline is locked out of their back office. How do they reset their password?

For security purposes, we do ask that your downline reaches out to Customer Support for further assistance. They can chat in by clicking on the chat icon on their website.
