Blue Moon Guarantee

1. What is the Blue Moon Guarantee?

Simply, it's a warranty against manufacturer defects. If your clothing hasn't performed, we want to know about it and make it right.

2. How is this different from a regular return?

Our regular return window is shorter and only valid for clothing in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. However, if a piece arrives with a defect or develops one, our Blue Moon Guarantee will cover you for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

To prevent abuse and ensure we spot any quality trends, we'll also track warranty-based returns more rigorously than regular exchanges or returns.

3. Who determines if something is defective?

We have a dedicated, experienced team inside Customer Service who are among our most experienced agents. We believe this is the best way to ensure the consistent application of our standards across all claims.

4. I bought my item last year. Does it qualify?

We announced the program January 3, 2022 forward. However, we’re also retroactively covering items still covered by our previous 90-day defect policy. This means items purchased from October 3, 2021 are covered under this new warranty policy.

5. How do I make a claim?
